4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable, except in cases where Altara Beauty Ltd. is at fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

Altara Beauty Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional carrier fees for address corrections

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit (never marked delivered)

  • Delayed significantly

Contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@altara-beauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.
