2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

We accept returns/refunds for:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

  • Order issues caused by Altara Beauty Ltd. (fulfillment errors, missing items, etc.)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products

  • Products purchased from third‑party retailers

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Change‑of‑mind returns (for hygiene and safety reasons)

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases where the error was ours

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will:

Replacements are shipped once the issue is verified.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Altara Beauty Ltd. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processing.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

9. International Orders

At this time, Altara Beauty Ltd. ships only within Canada. International returns or refunds are not available until global shipping launches.
